“There is one special moment that happens to everyone during their lifetime. This moment not only leaves an everlasting image in our minds, but it shapes our entire future and it changes us forever”. What is your moment?

My moment came on June 14th, 1998. I was in a hotel with my mom watching a basketball game on TV. My family was never really into sports so I wasn’t thrilled with watching the game at first, but after a few minutes I was fixated and could not take my eyes away from the screen. Watching Michael Jordan hit his game winning shot over Bryon Russell was that moment for me. It forever changed my life and made me realize that the sports world is the place for me.

I recently graduated Cum Laude from The University of Colorado Colorado Springs (UCCS) majoring in Sport Management with a minor in General Communications. Throughout my college and professional career I have had the privilege to gain experience in many different aspects of the sports industry including: Sports Information, Marketing, In-Game Promotions, Administration, Reporting, Digital Video, Coaching, Managing, Public Address Announcing, and so much more. I have also had the opportunity to work for four different areas in sport: College (UCCS and Colorado College), Olympic (USA Badminton), Professional (Atlanta Falcons, Denver Outlaws, and San Diego Chargers), and Recreational (Tri-Lakes YMCA). In fact, I have had the chance to work or intern for 12 different organizations since January 2011. I have loved everyone of them and I welcome the opportunity to contribute to you organization.
